As we continue to learn more about COVID-19 and make relevant business decisions, the safety of our members, our employees, and our community will always be our top priority. Our management team has been closely monitoring developments, and vows to operate responsibly to keep our members and the community healthy. We will post further updates on our website, so please check it periodically. We are also devoted to remaining open for business for our members throughout these uncertain times.
As we heard yesterday, experts indicate that limiting person-to-person contact can slow the spread of COVID-19, ultimately making response efforts more tolerable for a community. As such, we encourage our members to use our free online banking, Access 24 phone banking, or go to our mobile app, rather than visiting the credit union. Debit cards can additionally be used to conduct financial transactions and to withdraw cash at an ATM.
Limited access to the lobby will be permitted for complex transactions, loan appointments, and opening new accounts; but will only be available by making an advanced appointment.
